Open planned lounge room ,combined dining room area WiFi TV ,connections for Netflix ,Apple TV .Fully equipped kitchen with crockery, dishwasher ,microwave ,separate pantry and separate laundry area .Guest powder room off the lounge area. Dryer and washing machine available for use with all the cleaning products provided.There is a staircase leading up to an alcove study area ,2nd bedroom with 2 king single size beds and built in wardrobes .3rd bedroom with queen size bed ,bath and en-suite ,built in wardrobes with a balcony.The back yard has an outdoor setting with a low maintenance garden .Complimentary dry breakfast for one night stay is available cereal ,milk ,sugar,tea,instant coffee ,and also an espresso coffee machine .Beautifully presented ,the house has everything for a short holiday stay or a long comfortable stay .All linen and towels are supplied .Children friendly Parking available in a secure double garage .Extra Parking available on the nature strip in front off the apartments .Smokers are kindly requested not to use the front common areas of the complex but to make use of the back garden court yard of the townhouse .The complex is extremely quiet and we are very conscious of surrounding neighbours .External monitoring security system is in place for your privacy and safety on the complex,monitoring all activities entering and exiting the complex .When making a booking we kindly request to specify how many rooms are needed .The house is not shared by the owner or other guests , and all the house is available except bedrooms that are not necessary for the stay .We charge per person/child per night please kindly ensure you book the correct number of persons when making your booking .There are no cleaning fees charged unless an excessive mess is left behind .we have an additional 2 more apartments to accommodate for another 12 people in the same complex . Please note we have 2 other townhouses same standard in the complex where we may move bookings to if necessary .
