Franca &Alessio’s place is located in Daleys Point, New South Wales, Australia.
Daleys Point is a coastal area on the Bouddi Peninsula of the NSW Central Coast. It is close to beaches, bushwalks, cafes and restaurants. Daleys Point is approximately 90 minutes’ drive from Sydney and Newcastle.
The area is home to some luxurious properties set along the pristine water’s edge. It’s less than a 15 minute drive to the surf at Killcare or McMasters Beach. It’s about the same to the family friendly beaches at Ettalong and Umina. A little further takes you to Pearl Beach, Avoca Beach or Terrigal.Each of these locations has a selection of great dining experiences.
Bouddi National Park is also just moments away. This popular seaside national park has protected land, shore and marine habitats. It contains unspoiled bushland and many small secluded beaches, making it ideal for bushwalking, picnics, fishing and swimming.

A complimentary welcome pack includes several single use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, laundry, and dish washing supplies.
Our home is split over two levels. So there are some stairs you have to take, including from the carport to the front door. This is very simple for anyone with a standard level of fitness, but if you have a problem with climbing stairs then maybe get in touch with us prior to booking to see if the house is suitable for you.
We are happy for you to bring your furry friend. However, please note that the backyard is not fenced, however the front courtyard is. Pets are welcome indoors on their own beds. They are not permitted on bedding or furniture.

Please note that we do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years old unless a a specific exception has been approved. If you are a family travelling with supervised children you can proceed with the booking.

We have security that visit the property during your stay and if any misconduct is detected we will ask you to leave without the refund of any bond or remaining accommodation fare.
