Perfect for one or two couples, our beautifully appointed beachfront holiday home at Silver Sands has all the amenities to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.
Wake to the sound of waves, have breakfast on the balcony and plan your day.
Rug up in winter for a long beach walk, or go bird watching in the Aldinga Scrub Conservation Reserve and nearby Washpool wetlands, or simply read a book overlooking the sea with a glass in hand after a day exploring the local award-winning wineries.
Summer offers long days for plenty of time on the wide patrolled swimming beach directly across the quiet road out front, easy beach fishing, enjoying water sports from the Silver Sands boat ramp, or snorkelling on the Aldinga Reef Aquatic Reserve.
At the end of the day you can choose whether to eat at one of the many local restaurants, or fire up the balcony BBQ and indulge in our famous Fleurieu Peninsula produce at home.

The Space
Upstairs you’ll find two large bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobes, Queen beds, quality linen and towels. Bedroom 1 has direct access to the balcony, while Bedroom 2 has a private reading nook.
The light and airy open plan living and dining area has air-con, while the well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and Nespresso machine, all open to a wide wrap around balcony over looking the sea. Eat alfresco on the balcony or at the large bleached wood table inside, both offer unobstructed sweeping views of the sea and coast.
Downstairs there is a comfortable second lounge also with air-con, TV and games, a kitchenette, third bathroom (with full bath) and separate toilet, a fully equipped laundry, and secure double garage.
There is also ample off-street parking.
