Welcome to the Stone Heritage Cottage, one of Mandurah’s oldest cottages, built in 1905. Centrally located at the Estuary end of Ormsby Terrace, the Cottage is within walking distance of the estuary and the beach, city centre, restaurants and bars, the famous Peninsula Hotel, the Arts Centre and Cinema's. The Cottage offers guests a large shaded block with mature Sheoak trees and a lush green lawn. The property is fenced off so a safe location for guests with young children and pets.
Recently renovated family cottage, freshly painted, modern kitchen and bathroom, original polished jarrah floor boards, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom/toilet and laundry with washing machine. Reverse cycle air conditioner in main living area so cool in summer and warm in winter. Gas BBQ on veranda. We supply all bedding, sheets and doonas and a bath towel for each guest. Its a very private cottage and you will have the place all to yourself.
The cottage is situated in the best location Mandurah has to offer. Just a short walking distance to the many attractions, no need to drive anywhere. A short stroll to the Mandurah Estuary, cafes, cinema and Performing Arts Theatre (across the road) and Mandurah’s main shopping strip. A short distance, just behind the cottage is Dolphin Quay with many restaurants, cafes, bars and Mandurah’s beautiful beaches. Just across the road is the Mandurah Boat & Bike Hire, where you can take the boat up the Estuary and have a day of fishing and crabbing or hire some bikes and ride around the estuary to see the many attractions.
