Situated in a quiet street minutes from downtown Lennox Head and the new Epiq shops, the cottage has been carefully curated with families of all sizes in mind. The light and airy newly built home boosts a coastal relaxed vibe with all the fun things to do without leaving your door step.
The house is a three split level design with all 4 bedrooms on the top level. The master suite has a king bed, smart tv, ensuite with double shower & separate toilet. The other three bedrooms are light and airy & the other main bathroom/ separate toilet is situated off them. Upstairs, also has an open lounge area, where you might like to read a book or relax while viewing the fig tree filled hills. On the entry level, there is a double car garage . This level also has a 5th bedroom which has a king bed & small living area inside . There is plenty of street parking available as well as the garage.
As you walk downstairs to the entertaining level there is a study, powder room, full laundry with washer and dryer, separate 2nd lounge room, spacious open plan living/ dining area and large kitchen. This area opens up to a large covered deck, pool and entertaining area . The cottage is equipped with full speed WIFI, a printer and SONOs speaker
The kitchen is well equipped for entertaining with a double oven,large island bench with seating, coffee machine, microwave, filtered water, large fridge/freezer, plenty of cutlery, cheese boards etc. We stock the cupboard with essentials such as spices, sauces and oils so you can get right into enjoying your holiday.
The open dining area has a large dining table which comfortably sits 8-10 people.
The living area is open plan and both lounge rooms have a 65 inch smart TV that has Netflix, Disney plus, and Kayo sports.
The outdoor area features an Eco Grande pool with day beds to relax on, a large Webber BBQ, an outdoor dining table which sits 8-10 people, a pool table, and a lounge area to relax on. This flows onto a grass area with a trampoline and a fire pit area for you to enjoy (weather and fire restrictions permitting)
The yard is fully fenced and has privacy from neighbours, however being respectful to our neighbours we have a strict no party policy .
A porta cot, bassinet and children's toys/table are available upon request (please let us know upon booking if you require these)
