Come and stay at this well located apartment situated on a quiet street just back from Kingston Foreshore in Canberra. This spacious two bedroom apartment easily accommodates 4 guests with the Master Bedroom and twin room. The generously furnished living space means you can unwind at the end of the day. The location means you are within walking distance to plenty of dining options on the Kingston Foreshore or at Kingston town centre.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment.

Kingston Foreshore is situated on the shores of Lake Burley Griffin. Cafes, pubs and restaurants are plentiful, as are outdoor pursuits. For a morning walk, take a stroll from bridge to bridge along the lake. This apartment is so well located being so close to the Foreshore, and also close to Kingston village centre, where there is a large supermarket and more cafes and restaurants. Manuka Oval is also nearby and it is an easy bus ride into Canebrra city centre.

This apartment has 1 garage space and there is unlimited street parking on evenings and weekends. ALternatively, make use of the buses that run through Kingston regularly, to take you to where you want to go.

- Please note that there are internal stairs from the ground floor to the apartment which is on the first floor (no lift).
- It is an apartment and so is in close proximity to neighbours. One of the rooms has a permanently locked double door. On the other side is a separate townhouse.
- Street parking is available with 2hr limit during work hours. Unlimited through evenings and weekends.
- If you are staying on a Thursday night, we may ask you to pull the outdoor bins to the roadside for Friday morning weekly collection.
- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released two days after checkout.

Summary: The bed was comfortable. Bathroom basin was clogged n took 20 mins to drain. Towels were very very old n scratchy. Numerous powerpoints did not work or loose n dangerous. Bar fridge door wd not close so food was not cold n had to put bin against it to keep closed. Only one window to view some trees n an office building. Other windows were frosted n opened only partially to see unit outdoor area below. Claustrophobic with no balcony or view. Needs a lot of maintenance n buy a few $20 good towels. Neighbour for vacant block was intimidating when my grandaughter was being dropped off.
