Beautifully designed and decorated, this single-storey home will be the site for a memorable family holiday. Set up to sleep up to 8 guests, the generous floor plan provides space for lively communal gatherings and chill-out zones. Both living rooms let you lock in for movies (both have Smart TV’s with Netflix connectivity), plus a PS3 with a selection of games available. *We now have a 10 seater lounge in the main living area for everyone to relax on.
The covered outdoor entertaining area is great in all-weather and has a BBQ and wicker lounge. This conveniently located property also features a fully fenced backyard with lawn - pet friendly for a well-behaved pet, subject to approval at the time of booking.
A central kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Butler’s Pantry is equipped with everything you’ll need in a home-away-from-home. Even an Air Fryer and filtered water tap! Meals will be enjoyed at the lovely timber dining setting, ideal for 1-2 families.
The Master bedroom has a King-size timber bed, with a walk-in robe and ensuite. There are 2 Single beds (most suitable for children) and 2 x Queen beds. Some pedestal fans are also on-site.
All bedrooms have an abundance of natural light and space, and are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as pleasurable as possible.

Front Beach offers long beach walks and (generally) calm swimming, while Torquay Point, Jan Juc and Bells Beach offer waves for advanced surfers.
Spring Creek caters to family fishing, SUPing, kayaking.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.
Nightjar Markets operate on Thursday nights through January, and are in walking distance.
Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 40mins drive away.
