This prime location is as idyllic as the cottage itself. You are just 200m by foot to the beautiful Orion Beach, 900m to dog friendly Nelsons Beach and a 2-minute drive (or easy, flat walk) to the nearby Vincentia Village shopping centre. This newly built home will let you relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings of Jervis Bay with cycling, kayaking, paddle boarding, cafes and restaurants all available in surrounding local areas.

With several beaches all within minutes' walk, which will it be today - Orion, Barfleur or Nelsons? Check out the off-leash hours at Nelsons so your furry friend can enjoy a run around and splash too. Or, perhaps wander the 650m to Plantation Point for a BBQ picnic and fun at the playground and reserve. There is also a bike track that winds along the pristine coastline all the way to Huskisson, 4km away.
