For those who like to snuggle in front of the TV, additional blankets are supplied. With the high-speed Wi-Fi, you can keep in contact with friends and family, complete some work, or access the smart TV for your favourite subscriptions.

There is a flight of stairs inside with the bedrooms and main bathroom upstairs. Downstairs you can relax in the small courtyard over a glass of wine or cool beverage whilst cooking on the barbeque. Want to cook something more elaborate? The modern kitchen has everything you require to cook a feast for a king. The open plan lounge dining room is big enough to accommodate the whole family. As a bonus you do not need to keep going up and down the stairs as there is also an additional toilet downstairs. - Loungeroom has a lovely large Smart TV with free Wi-Fi, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and a lovely large corner lounge.
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.
- Main bathroom is on the upper level and has a shower, vanity, and toilet. You will find a separate toilet on the lower level.

If you would like to bring your furry family member along to explore Newcastle and the Hunter Valley with you, please enquire. Whilst the property is pet friendly there are a couple of things, we need to point out to ensure that everyone has a pleasant stay. Pets are not allowed on lounges, upstairs, in bedrooms, or on beds. They are also not allowed to be left alone inside of the property.

Hamilton has a village atmosphere with lots of quirky shops that we all like to browse through. Boutique shopping, delicatessens, local supermarkets, and an array of dining establishments to tickle every kind of taste bud, and all of these and more are on your doorstep.

The location of this property is a bonus. If you do not have transport, it is easy to get around by train and local bus services. Uber and Taxi’s service the area, or for the more adventurous there are plenty of walking paths to get you where you need.


~Guest Access~
Guests have access to the whole property, except for a locked cupboard which guests are not to access.

There is on street parking out the front of the property. You are close to the train station and bus routes that can get you all around Newcastle and even out to the Hunter Valley.

Prefer something more personal there is Uber and Taxi's to assist in movement around the area.

~ADDITIONAL INFORMATION~
Limited amounts of essential items such as dishwashing liquid/tablets, laundry powder, toilet paper and the like have been provided. The kitchen contains basic items for guests (tea, coffee, sugar, cling wrap etc.) usually enough for a 2-night stay. Milk is not supplied as everyone's preferences are different. During your stay, these will not be replenished, so if you require more of these items you will have to purchase them.

**No pool/beach towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own.
