Serenity 222 The Barn raises the standard of luxury for a family getaway away! This unmissable private retreat is an ideal vacation property that balances privacy and the convenience of location. Appointed with high end finishes, this outstanding retreat is situated on the shores of St Georges Basin. Serenity 222 has unique access to the water via the property's private jetty where you can launch your kayak or paddle board or enjoy a few drinks watching the sunset.
The house is airy, private and has been beautifully finished. Upstairs has a sumptuous king bedroom with district views and a second bedroom with two double beds. There is a large but private window where you can watch the sun come up through the trees. Downstairs has a beautifully finished lounge area with big screen television, a fireplace for the cooler weather, and a full kitchen.
Serenity 222 is pet friendly and located in a bushland setting. We recommend taking every precaution for tick prevention. Guests will have access to the entire house. There are also kayaks and stand up paddle boards available for guest use.
Serenity 222 is located on The Wool Road, adjacent to the waters edge of St Georges Basin. Known as the aquatic playground, St Georges Basin has so much to offer when it comes to activities and attractions. You can have fun in a boat, kayak or paddleboard and spend the day exploring the Basins quiet coves and creeks. The boat ramp is close by, as is the wharf for recreational fishing. Sussex Inlet is a short cruise across the Basin, with access to the ocean and beach. Don't forget to visit the local cafes and restaurants for a delicious meal. The Country Club or the Jervis Bay Brewing Co for live music, great food, and even better beer.
The property is located a 15-minute drive to both Huskisson and Hyams Beach, famous for its sugar-white sands and crystal-clear waters. Huskisson is well known for the range of attractions including whale and dolphin watching tours, paddle boarding, boating, beautiful beaches and bushwalks. The Huskisson Pub has an expansive deck where you can enjoy a long lunch overlooking Jervis Bay. Hyams Beach boasts beautiful beaches with turquoise water and glorious white sand. Within 30 minutes drive, you can access wineries, beaches, water activities, Kangaroo Valley and Fitzroy Falls. The local shopping area of St Georges Basin is an easy 15-minute flat walk.
