Beautiful "Villa Maria" is set back from the road on acreage and has an abundance of wildlife and native bushland surrounding it. This stylish home is beautifully furnished, tiled throughout with high quality rugs in the bedrooms and living areas.

The home itself has a lovely feeling of seclusion and privacy yet is also close to the water's edge in St Georges basin and only a 2 minute drive to the shops and the local hotel. The Basin itself needs no introduction as one of the prime fishing locations in NSW and this home has plenty of room to park the boat.

There is much to see and do in St Georges Basin and Jervis Bay and Villa Maria is located right amongst it! Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruises and much more.

Linen

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Pets

This is a pet friendly property. Please note that nothing is to be left behind from your furry friend either inside or outside. They are not allowed on the furniture or in bedrooms. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure they have been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

The driveway is an un sealed road and may not be suitable for lowered vehicles.
Children should be supervised at all times as the property is surronded by native bush and wildlife

Arrival and Departure Times

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Parties, Functions and Gatherings

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond. Strictly no parties of any kind will be permited.
