Seaside Cottage is set in a quiet location just 400m to the Bay and is a home away from home with a difference. The moment you walk through the door you will feel the wow factor this cottage has to offer and see the difference to the normal hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is a gorgeous and cozy 2 storey timber cottage which has been styled tastefully throughout to enhance its seaside location, along with items collected from all over the world. Each room has been decorated in a gorgeous beach and boat theme, with an extra nice touch to create a warm and cozy yet still beachy and breezy ambiance, to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. You will have everything you need for a relaxing stay at Seaside Cottage with 3 bedrooms (1 downstairs and 2 upstairs), 2 living areas (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs), kitchen, bathroom/laundry and outdoor pergola plus large fenced yard and plenty of parking. The Cottage is set up with the following:
Captains Room - (downstairs) Queen size bed
Sailors Room - (upstairs) Double bed
Deck Hands Room - (upstairs) 2 x King Single beds
Chill Out Room - (upstairs) 2 x Single Day beds - bean bags, Smart TV.
Living Room - Lounges, chill out chairs, TV with Foxtel
Kitchen - Fully equipped with all the necessities, Microwave, Bar stools, Pod Coffee Machine.
Pergola - 6 seater dining setting, BBQ and Pizza Oven.
Seaside Cottage is a unique timber cottage where you will relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Jervis Bay. Chill out at night on the back pergola with cheese and wine whilst listening to the waves and enjoy making your homemade pizzas in the Pizza oven or having a BBQ.
On the colder nights enjoy the heating from the split system air conditioning whilst watching your favourite movies, foxtel or playing one of the many boardgames.
Feel free to bring your PlayStation and games as there is the perfect set up in the Chill Out room upstairs with comfy day beds and bean bags or settle back relax and watch a movie.
Downstairs you will enjoy the open plan kitchen/living room with foxtel to watch all your favourite programmes. The living area opens to the covered pergola, which is a great place to enjoy the BBQ or Pizza Oven.
All in all you will have a very enjoyable stay at Seaside Cottage :)

Guest Access

During your stay you will have access to the entire house, front and back yard. There is a fully fenced yard perfect for the kids to run around in and perfect for your pets (outside only). The only area not accessible is the garage, although there is plenty of parking with a carport and long side drive to rear yard with plenty of space for your cars and boat.

The Neighbourhood

Seaside Cottage is in a gorgeous peaceful location and the minute you arrive you will feel refreshed. It is in a great location a short 4 minute walk to Callala Bay and close to Callala Beach, quick ferry ride or 20 minute drive to Huskisson, 30 minute drive to Berry or 20 minutes to Nowra.
There are plenty of things to do in The Jervis Bay area ranging from a lazy day on the beach to diving, snorkelling, wine tasting at the local vineyards, whale watching tours, bush walking, fishing or just a leisurely walk to the bay or beach.
There is a handy little shopping village in Callala Bay for the essentials, IGA, Liquor store and bakery with plenty of restaurants and cafes in Huskisson to choose from. Some of the great places to eat are:

House Rules

No smoking
No parties or events
Check-in time is 3pm
Check-out time is 10am

Please keep noise to a minimum at all times and be courteous of neighbours.
Pets to be kept outside at all times and cleaned up after. A cleaning fee will be deducted if animals are not cleaned up after or any evidence animals were inside the house.
House policy - NO smoking.
The cleaning fee covers general cleaning of the house and does not include the BBQ or Pizza Oven, so please leave clean for the next guests or an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
Removal of any items from the house will be loss of bond. Please report any breakages (normal wear and tear is understood and accepted ie Cups etc). Any other breakages, damage or removal of any household items could result in a fine, or loss of bond.
This holiday home is there for all guests to enjoy so please leave the house clean and tidy as you receive it.

This Cottage has been decorated and furnished with beautiful items collected from all over the world, so we ask that you respect and treat it as if it were your own home.
