Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Great location, great for large families and very roomy. The house was modern, beds were all comfortable and large, plenty of bathroom and toilets so no wait lines in the morning, Water was always hot and plentiful, great showers.

Negative: We found a few issues regarding basic items missing. The vacuum had no head attachment just a pipe, the toaster was broken and only toasted the outside of the bread. No mop or dustpan provided, only a couple of coking pans which made it hard for a family of 6. The blind was broken, and the rubbish bin was full, which meant we had to put our rubbish in the garage until the bin was emptied and then we pretty much filled the bin up as it is only a small bin for general waste. With two toddlers one still in nappies did not take long to fill overflowing again. Need to be aware there are no stair gates and the upper floor has a wide space where the stair starts so standard stair gates do not fit. We did reach message the owners through booking.com however we still have not received a reply.

Summary: Nice property, great location, but missing a few basic items which made life a little bit hard
