Sea Gums Beach House is a gorgeous open plan, fully re-furbished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom beach house, only one street from the sparkling blue waters of Callala Beach.
The house is ideal for a weekend beach getaway or for a longer rejuvenating break. Cosy enough for a couple or two, enough space for families and small groups, Sea Gums really does have a relaxing home-away-from-home feel that anyone will enjoy.
The house is tastefully furnished with everything you need to relax. In particular, the outdoor hot and cold shower is a favourite with guests and essential for any beach house.

There is also a double sofabed located in the sunroom. This is not a separate room and please note that guests utilising this bed will not have privacy.
A portable cot and high chair are available on request at no extra charge, one less thing you will need to pack, so please advise us when booking if you require either of these.
The Local Area
Callala Beach is perfect white sand, bushwalking, and soothing ocean breezes. The calmer waters are perfect for families with young children. Many childhood summer memories have been made on this beach.
In Callala Beach you can dive, ride a horse, navigate the waters in a sailboat, or watch playful dolphins in the amazing waters.
Perfect for snorkelling, swimming, and more, a holiday in Callala Beach can be as relaxing or as activity filled as you like.
The House and staying with us
Sea Gums has been tastefully renovated with attention to detail.
Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen size beds with ceiling fans and subtle, relaxing lighting.
The main living area is centered around a stunning feature gas log fire, creating a warm and inviting cosy area to relax in during the winter, while being equally as welcoming a place to gather in Summer.
We have a range of books to cosy up with on those relaxing afternoons after the beach or for those cooler days, and plenty of board games on hand for some fun with a friend or the family.
Stepping outside, the yard is full of gorgeous native plants and the gardens are constantly being added to and cared for by our knowledgeable gardener. During the summer months the outdoor deck & brand new Ziegler & Brown BBQ are perfect for dining outside and enjoying the serenity of the native gardens and old gum trees. The local bird life is abundant with Kookaburras, friendly Rainbow Lorikeets a plenty, stunning King Parrots which always love to come & see whats happening if you have some Sunflower seeds on hand.
The front fully enclosed deck is the perfect place to relax upon waking to enjoy the warm morning sunshine with a cup of coffee made using our new Nespresso machine.
Our rates include:
*Basic pantry stock including: Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, a start up of Nespresso capsules etc
*Bathroom amenities, shampoo, conditioner and soap
*All linen and towels including beach towels
Generally check in is 2pm and check out 10am to allow for cleaning in between guests. However if the house is vacant either side of your stay we can be far more flexible with arrival and departure times, we love our guests to enjoy Sea Gums as long as they can. We love to offer our guests a 10% discount for stays of 7+ nights!
