Nestled amongst the trees & filled with charm, our super homely Sea Gum will be the place of fond family memories and have you returning each year. Although older than some, our house has been lovingly looked after and you'll adore the cosy & relaxed feel as soon as you walk though the door. It's large, well equipped, spotlessly clean & located just 3 minutes to Fairhaven beach & Surf Club! Set on a secluded bush block, sit out on the decks and enjoy the peace, or cosy up around the wood fires.
There is so much space both inside and outside our home. This family home provides comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people in two separate "wings" sharing a central kitchen and large living / dining area.
This home is ideal for people attending functions, like weddings at the Surf Club, it's only a few minutes walk away!
With 4 bedrooms (1 queen bed ,1 double bed & 4 single beds), 2 bathrooms (both with baths), 2 toilets and 2 living areas this is the perfect place for a shared family holiday.
Features include: two living areas with wood fire heating, and split system air conditioning, ceiling fans, kitchen with electric cooktop, under bench oven, dishwasher & microwave, large fridge freezer and European laundry/ with washing machine. The main living area has a smart TV with all apps to log into.
Outside, 2 north facing decks, easy access "drive through" driveway and large grass areas for those family cricket and footy matches .
Although our property is pet friendly please be aware that the property fence line is not fully secure, so please keep an eye on your pets ( and / or young children) when roaming around.
There are two open driveways to park your car, both at the front and rear of the home.
A new pedestrian underpass (just 100 meters away) provides easy and safe access to the beach without crossing the Great Ocean also leads to the Fairhaven Surf Club, which serves meals, from Christmas through to Easter holiday weekend.(A most enjoyable place.)
At SeaGum your linen, towels and tea towels are included in the clean price.
