Sea Breeze is a simply decorated, peaceful three bedroom, 1 bathroom beach house situated directly across the road from Callala Beach. You can hear the waves breaking on the shores of the beach as you lie in bed at night, relaxing after a day in the water or exploring all the Shoalhaven has to offer.
With polished floorboards throughout and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, Sea Breeze is just the right size for that getaway you've been planning. With 3 bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to 6 people and with the fully equipped kitchen inside and BBQ under the pergola out the back, you can cook up a storm for your small group. Alternatively, Callala Bay is only a short 5 minute drive with the IGA, butcher and all the amenities you need. Restaurants in Nowra are 20 minutes away if you want to take a night off from cooking.
The lounge room is equipped with a large flatscreen TV and DVD player, with a sample of DVDs provided for your enjoyment. Sea Breeze also includes an iPod dock / MP3 player along with assorted games for those odd rainy days that we can get at the beach.
Sea Breeze is fenced front and back and is an ideal spot to bring children. The inside laundry includes a washing machine and laundry tub for all those things we bring to the beach.
For those of you thinking about a mid-winter getaway, Sea Breeze boasts a wood burning fire in the lounge room which is perfect for warming up the bones after a walk on the beach.

Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed plus built in wardrobe. Situated at the front of the house, you can clearly hear the waves from Callala Beach as you fall asleep at night

Guests need to provide their own linen, bath and beach towels. Doonas, blankets and comfortable pillows for all beds are provided, as are bathmats and tea towels.
