This large 4-bedroom home and Guest house, has plenty of room for the whole family. Decorated in calming blue tones and with relaxing coastal vibes, you will feel you are a world away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The lovely home features reversed cycle air conditioning, a loungeroom with opening sliding doors leading out on to a large covered deck where you can sit and relax with a nice glass of wine, and overlook the bushland leading the shores of Salts Bay.
With three roomy bedrooms in the main house and another bedroom in the guest house, this home is perfect space for large groups or families wanting to get away but also have their own space.
The master bedroom in the main house has a queen size bed with built in wardrobe and is located on the second level. The second bedroom has a Tri-bunk (double on bottom and single on top). The third bedroom has another queen bed plus a smaller built in wardrobe. The stunning main bathroom is also on this level with gorgeous stand alone bath and seperate toilet and earthy tones.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, including stove, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery, and cooking essentials. There is also a Breville Nespresso coffee machine for your use.
The back deck has a lovely 7-piece outdoor setting, Pool table and huge 4 burner bbq. The deck even has it own bar! and is also accessible via bedroom three
This property has a beautiful 1-bedroom guest house, also fully furnished, and features reverse cycle air conditioning, main with queen bed, this house also contains a Tri bunk and sofa lounge so plenty of room for all.
There is a single garage also available, including off street parking.
Just a short stroll to the beach via the walking trail that is opposite your home, you will find the shores of Salts Bay. This is a beautiful calm area off the Swansea Channel for swimming and fishing, or you can walk along the waters edge towards Black Neds Bay.
Guests will have access to the whole property including single garage.
Salts Bay is an embayment located on the southern shore of Swansea Channel and was the site of a salt works built in the mid 1800's. It did not last long though. The narrow strip of sand is seperated fom the Swansea Channel via the wetlands and Black Ned's Bay. The area has the last significant remnants of littoral rainforest in Lake Macquarie.
Swansea Channel is a tidal inlet approximately 4km in length connecting Lake Macquarie to the ocean whereas Black Neds Bay is classified as protected wetland area, providing great walking trails and areas of conservation. A short drive towards the headland and you can try your luck at fishing off Lucy's breakwall or a swim at the small sandy beach at Reids Mistake.
Go exploring along the coast line from Hams Beach and walk to the caves at Caves Beach, or just use the home as a base to visit Newcastle and surrounds.

This self-contained home is booked exclusively for your use, it is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and we have contactless check-in and check-out to help you have a Safe-Stay.
There may be a noise monitor at the property - this will send automatic messages should the noise level be above 80 dB. please be mindful of the neighbours as we follow a good neighbour policy in regard to noise and behaviour. A security camera may also be located at the front of the property but this is not monitored unless a concern is raised by the neighbours or community.
Prior to your arrival, please ensure that you fill out our check-in form. This form will request photo identification and evidence of credit card ownership. Additionally, please be aware that a $500 security deposit will be required. This deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the property upon your departure. Please be advised that it may take a few days for your bank to return the funds to your card, which is beyond our control.
Please note that you will be required to complete a check-in form before check-in. This will involve providing your home address and email to Lakeshores Accommodation and a copy of your Drivers License to establish the identity of our guest.

We must be given an opportunity to resolve any issues or move you to another of our properties before requesting any refunds.
