The top floor contains the ultimate living, dining and deck area, where views directly out onto the ocean and tree tops can be seen from the whole floor. A floating wood fireplace, top end appliances and Nespresso machine are some of the many features in the home.
The middle level contains three bedrooms, all equipped with silent ceiling fans, wardrobe and electric blackout blinds. The Master has a dual vanity and ensuite, and the second and third bedroom share a bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub and shower overlooking the gum trees.
The lower level contains an outdoor shower and driveway with parking for up to two cars.
*Sleeps 4 Adults and 4 Children. All linen is provided. *If you have children over 50 kilos, please let us know in advance as the bunk beds will be reconfigured to accommodate them.
