Set on a garden estate in the grounds of Bromley Lodge, this cottage is a stunning spot no matter the season! Located on the corner of Eridge Park Road and Harby Avenue, Rose Cottage is in a great central location, perfect for exploring the Southern Highlands. It takes 7 minutes to drive to Bowral town, 12 minutes to drive to Mittagong and 10 minutes to Moss Vale.

How is the property laid out?
Singular level, as you step into Rose Cottage you are greeted by a luxurious fireplace and lounge setting. This relaxed, open plan room then flows into the kitchen, dining and small bar area. Along the left hand side you find seperate doors leading to each bedroom (1 x king, 1 x queen). These are connected by an internal bathroom and a separate toilet and vanity that can be split off from each respective bedroom by a set of doors closing either the main bathroom or the toilet section for privacy.
Wi-Fi, internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This property does offer complimentary NBN wifi and a password will be proved in your pre-arrival email. If wifi is critical during your visit, please make sure you have aback up plan of your own. The service is however generally reliable.
What about outdoors?
Rose Cottage is set on a beautiful 1-acre garden estate in Burradoo (Bowral) in the grounds of Bromley Lodge (where the owners reside). It nonetheless offers good privacy for owners and guests alike. Guests are also welcome to make use of the outdoor setting to the right of the cottage, leading straight out from the kitchen area via double French doors.

There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, and four nights at Easter. Peak Season takes in Christmas and New Year.
