Upstairs, the ocean-facing open Terrace (with 2 x sun lounges and 2-person hammock) has spectacular uninterrupted water views over Westernport Bay and the Churchill Island Marine National Park. The rear Terrace (with Sauna) provides another space to relax and soak in the incredible location, wrapping around to the front Balcony. There is one car space available for guests and there is free council parking for 50+ vehicles (cars and/or boats) is available on the waterfront, starting from just in front of the apartment.

Upstairs there are two wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners in the apartment; one in the Kitchen/Dining/Living room and the other in the Bedroom.

Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program.
