Summary: Other guests and I had to wait for 45 minutes to get checked in because nobody was at the reception even though we pressed the bell and called the given phone number again and again, but there was no one to pick up. It was the only one-night stay for me to stay in Canberra driving long-distance from Tasmania and this waiting time was too long and certainly exhausting.
