Summary: Have been staying here for years. The property is starting to get a bit run down and needs maintenance upgrade. Guttering, decking, paintwork etc. Buses to rooms not running on schedule, 35 minute wait to get down on arrival & 40 minute wait to get up when leaving. However, that said, the establishment, its beaches, wildlife & walks are wonderful with very friendly & helpful staff.
