Set back off the main road in a rural backdrop and close to the amazing rail trail bike path which takes you either into the heart of Porepunkah to the Rail Trail Café, Punkah Pub, the Porepunkah Pantry or easily roll along past the Bright Golf Club into the busy metropolis of Bright, you really do get the best of both worlds by staying here. This cosy 3-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom property is a perfect weekend getaway for either couples or a small family.
This property is pet friendly; however only for outdoor dogs.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

The kitchen is located in the centre of the property and looks out over the little breakfast/dining nook which is bathed in morning sunlight, a perfect spot to sit with your morning cuppa. The kitchen has everything you need including large gas cooktop and oven, microwave & fridge – and of course the essential dishwasher! Dining area/nook has seating for 6.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The lounge features a reverse cycle AC and plenty of comfortable seating suitable for 6 people. There is a Smart TV which has a personal Netflix account already logged in.

There is no undercover parking, but there is a lockable shed that you can store the pushbikes and any extra gear.
