- Please keep the noise level to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.
- To access the on-site parking use the driveway at the rear of the complex. Please see pics. All car spaces are numbered.
- Turn the key and push the door, if you turn the handle the door won't open.
- We only provide a small welcome amenity pack to get your stay started.
- Property is pet friendly. Please contact the host for the pet cleaning fee details as extra charge will be added separately for this.
- Early check-in: We will proactively inform you the day of your check-in in the morning if early check-in is available. We are unable to confirm early check-in before this time.
- Late Check-out: Currently we do not allow late check-outs, the latest check-out is at 10 AM, please feel free to book an additional night if you need to leave later than 10 AM
