Street is regularly used by cyclists. Large full enclosed garden with lawn, big enough for games, cubby house with slide, sandpit and pool.
Basketball hoop at the front of the house. Access to woodland and bush. Kangaroo/ deer regularly seen.
Next door to large playground. 8 min drive from the beaches. There are several walks and bush trails nearby.
2 min drive to local shops and grocery stores.
The space
This is our family home, and has everything you need for a fantastic holiday.
The covered patio at the back of the home overlooks a beautiful bushland, and our backyard has a fantastic kids cubby with a slide, ladder and sandpit.
Gas Weber BBQ and outdoor setting available for relaxed dinners watching the kids in our large 7m x 3m inground pool.
Full kitchen amenities are available including microwave, kettle, oven, toaster, pod coffee machine and blender. Glassware, Crockery and Cutlery provided.
We have one living area with a large couch, and a media room with another large couch plus lots of kids toys, books and arts/crafts.
The home has ceiling fans in all rooms, plus individually controlled air con vents in every room as well.
Main bedroom has a bath, large shower area and toilet.
Second family bathroom has a bath and shower.
Linen and towels not provided.
