Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Old Lonsdale, this house is perfect for 1or 2 families. Nestled in amongst local tea trees, the house blends an old Lonsdale charm on the outside with contemporary functionality and design inside.
This comfortable light-filled home is just the place to relax, with a large living area, hydronic heating throughout, and split system air conditioning/heating in the living area. The living area has a beautiful raked ceiling adding to the feeling of space. Whether sitting back watching TV, relaxing with a good book in the cosy reading nook, or having a family board games night - this is the perfect place to chill out.
The four bedrooms are configured as follows: Master Bedroom - one queen size bed; Second Bedroom - one queen size bed; Third Bedroom - two single beds and the fourth with two sets of bunks. There is an ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom, another bathroom with bath and shower and a separate powder room.
There is also an outdoor shower to freshen up after a fun sandy salty day at the beach. Outdoor shower is plumbed with hot and cold water and so is great all year round.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room seating for 10, outdoor BBQ & dining area and a full laundry with washer and dryer if you need them. Bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided. Guests will need to provide their own beach towels.
The back yard is securely fenced for children to play.
By agreement, depending on breed, age, etc, you can also share it with your well behaved fur baby. Please note, they are not permitted on furniture and we ask you to make sure you clean up any doggie mess before you go so we can ensure this fabulous home remains friendly to families and their doggies. If you would like to bring your fur baby there is a $33 dog fee per dog per stay.

• 10 min stroll to Point Lonsdale village and front beach
• 15 min stroll to the Point Lonsdale Surf Lifesaving Club and back beach
