Casa Grant is situated a 5 minute walk from the white sandy beaches of Busselton. ` The house is a perfect holiday home, newly renovated with a new kitchen and open plan living and dining room. SEPTEMBER SCHOOL HOLIDAY DATES AVAILABLE. 7 days for price of 5. The house has two brand new modern bathrooms both with toilets. There is an additional separate toilet close to the living area. The outdoor shower ensures the transition from the beach is an easy one. The house has two “master bedrooms” with queen beds, airconditioning, built in robes and easy access to individual bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a double on the bottom and single bunk on top. It’s perfect house for couples and families. Quality mattresses and linen ensures a comfortable night’s sleep on holiday. PETS ARE MOST WELCOME. The house has a fully enclosed backyard. The cycle paths near the house take you into town. You can stop at the “Goose” for a coffee or continue on riding to West Busselton, or for cyclists even to Dunsborough if you like! The supermarket and liquor store 2 mins around the corner in walking distance, ensure you can stock up on supplies as required. Having holidayed all over the world we understand the need to have a well fitted out kitchen. All you require to cook and serve is provided. The new gas cook top and oven, together with the barbeque on the back patio provides the perfect options to cook your meals. It may include the fish you caught locally off the beach. We provide some kitchen essentials to make it easy to settle in including salt and pepper, oil, sauces, tea etc. The house comes equipped with a Nespresso machine and some pods to ensure you have a lovely morning coffee. There is an outdoor area to dine, and couches to relax and read. Busselton is 30 mins drive from Margaret River West Australia’s and one of Australia’s premier wine region.
