Peppermint Waters is the perfect choice for an easy, relaxing escape to the South West of WA. The house is positioned conveniently in the unique beach-side Quindalup area. It is set back off the road among Peppermint trees and is only 100 meters to the pristine waters of Geographe Bay. This area is locally known as Whitesands, a popular beach for swimming and recreational use. It is also a mooring area for pleasure craft, fishing boats, whale watching and dive tour operators.
The house is fresh, stylish and comfortable . All bedrooms have quality linen and towels supplied free of charge.The rear yard is fully fenced with a pergola, outdoor setting, BBQ and hot/cold outside shower. The front of the house has a pergola with a comfortable seating area to enjoy the morning sun . House trained pets are very welcome to stay at the house upon request, though can not to be left unattended at the property at any time due to strict new Shire rules (maximum one dog)
The property has ample parking space and even room to park a boat trailer.The township is a short 5 minute drive or you can enjoy the views from the cycle/walk path that meanders along the beach front.
Dunsborough is the gateway to the amazing South West that offers many attractions such as spectacular beaches, sailing, fishing, surfing, cave exploring, hiking trails, world class wineries, wonderful shopping and great coffee.
