Main level: a spacious living room, TV lounge, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The living area is air-conditioned. All rooms open to a large outdoor deck with lush, elevated views.
Top level: a TV lounge with access to a spectacular upper deck.
The chef’s kitchen is a dream, featuring a gas cooktop, ZIP tap (boiling, chilled, and sparkling water), and a wine fridge.
The kitchen and bathrooms feature Turco Argento limestone with micro-cement finishes and brass tapware.
