A welcoming front verandah and a rear deck with BBQ create effortless spots for morning coffee, sunset watching or relaxed alfresco meals overlooking the lush backyard. The property sits directly opposite the path to local swimming areas and is just a short stroll to a nearby boat ramp and jetty — perfect if you’re bringing the rods.
Inside is bright, light and thoughtfully refreshed: a lounge with gas heating, ceiling fan, Smart TV and a selection of books and games provides a cosy hub, while the fully equipped kitchen (new appliances, dishwasher, microwave) and handy laundry with washing machine make stays easy. The rear deck is a lovely extension of the living space for casual dining and downtime.
The cottage sleeps up to five guests across two bedrooms (queen in the front bedroom with ocean views; a second bedroom with a queen plus a king single) and one bathroom with combined bath/shower. There’s room to park two cars and a fenced yard for a little outside space.
Pets are welcome — bring your dog to enjoy the walks and views.
