This gorgeous property is directly opposite Williamstown Beach. It is also opposite Sebastien's Beach Grill, a 2min walk to the train station and a 10min walk to Nelson's Place, where you find a plethora of restaurants and bars.
Your bedroom is a large queen size room with views over the park and the beach. You will have your own bathroom complete with spa bath. You will also have a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with tea and coffee provided.
Your space is on the bottom level of a 3 story townhouse, the other levels are occupied by myself and daughter. Cooking facilities are also available if need be in the kitchen upstairs. You are also more then welcomed to sit on the balcony and enjoy the views and maybe a nice cool drink.
Guests will have access to the bottom level of the property, bedroom, bathroom and laundry.
Although I live on the property, I will leave you to your privacy but am always available if need be.
Quite hours are between 9pm and 8am.
