AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS OF THE BAY AND POND, from within the accommodation.
Clean and spacious beach house which can accommodate up to 14 guests or 2 families.
All linen and bath towels are provided at no additional costs and all beds are prepared with bedding, (linen) ready for our guests arrival.
Check in is anytime from 10.00am but we do accommodate any arrival time for guests travelling from overseas and over east, check out is by 10.00am. (giving our guests more beach time at the property).

1st Bedroom - queen size bed (downstairs) sleeps 2
2nd Bedroom - queen size bed (upstairs) sleeps 2
3rd Bedroom - double size bed (smaller room upstairs) sleeps 2
4th Bedroom - double size bed (smaller room upstairs near family room) sleeps 2
5th Bedroom - 3 bunk beds, 2 bunks with double below and single on top. 1 bunk with 2 singles. (downstairs) sleeps 6
4 guests booking have 2 bedrooms.
6 guests booking have 3 bedrooms.
8 guests booking will have 4 bedrooms.
Higher guest number bookings will have all 5 bedrooms available.
* Extra bedroom can be allocated for $40 per night per stay if required.

Once you have arrived here you can park your car and you will not need to use it only if you want to do some sightseeing. You can just walk to the beach whenever you want it is so close and also to the nearby IGA shop/butcher and few restaurants which are just down the road.
The location is central, being close to many beaches, Warnbro Sound, Shoalwater Marine Park, Penguin Island, Point Peron, Mangles Bay, Rockingham beach with its cafés and restaurants as well as many more attractions.
From the 2nd level you will enjoy the main area which has reverse cycle air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, spacious meals area and family room (digital TV and DVD player) all of which have views of the Bay. The bathroom, separate toilet and 3 bedrooms are also situated on this level.. Downstairs there are two other bedrooms as well as a laundry with washing machine with ironing facilities, which also includes an additional toilet and shower.There are 5 bedrooms and bedding for 14 guests which are made available depending on number of guests booking.
The accommodation has convenient undercover carport parking for boats, as well as cars, situated at the front which is attached to a front cottage with easy convenient access to the rear holiday accommodation.
The house is fully secured by fencing and gates, which make it very safe if you have children. If children are playing outside they can not get access to the (quiet) road without gates being opened. Also in the kitchen, meals and family room area which is situated on the second level of the home, there is a sliding door which closes the whole area off so children cannot get access to the stairs.
For the boating and fishing enthusiasts there is a boat ramp and jetty just down the road.
Safety Bay/ Rockingham is situated in between Fremantle and Mandurah, which are both approx. 20 to 30 minutes drive away. A day trip drive to Perth takes approximately 40 minutes.

SIGHTS TO SEE, ADVENTURES TO PERSUE;
PENGUIN ISLAND - is an 800 metre walk along a sand bar from Mersey Point and is an easy adventure at or near low tide. Penguin Island has some lovely walk trails and is home to Shoalwater Marine Park Information Centre. Raised boardwalks makes access to the island and walking around the Island easy for all ages. Regular ferry rides take you to Penguin Island as well as Seal island .
SEAL ISLAND- is where you will always find sea lions lazing around. Dolphins can often be seen swimming in the Bay.
SWIM WITH THE DOLPHINS - Book through ROCKINGHAM WILD ENCOUNTERS
POINT PERON - Is on the Northern tip of Shoalwater Bay and has some rugged cliffs a spectacular ocean outlook , a scenic beach and many walking trails through interesting natural bush.
GARDEN ISLAND - is North of Point Peron and is home to Australia's largest Royal Australian Navy Base including a home for submarines. The Southern section of Garden Island is not accessible to the general public but with boat access you can land on the Northern section of this picturesque island.
BEACH CLOSE TO ACCOMMODATION - you can take advantage of the closeness to the ocean the accommodation is and have early morning or afternnoon walks along the wide pathways on the foreshore. Maybe bring your bikes and go for regular bike rides. Or just being able to walk down to the beach to swim, sunbathe and relax whenever you want without having to drive there.
KAYAKING - at the POND
WINDSURFING- come and try out the best spot for windsurfing known as the POND, just walking distance from the house.( no need to drive)
ROCKINGHAM CAFE STRIP - try out the many cafes and restaurants .
MOTORPLEX KWINANA - for the car racing enthusiasts, Motorplex Kwinana is only 15 minutes by car away.
ROCKINGHAM GOLF CLUB -is just 5 minutes away by car. A public access golf course and nearby driving range.
Other Activities include;

ROCKINGHAM CITY SHOPPING CENTRE and many other shopping centres situated in the area.
TRAIN STATION - Rockingham has a Train service which takes you if travelling north to Perth through to Joondalup, and if travelling south to Mandurah.
BUS SERVICE- there is a bus stop service just down the road.
