Ocean Grove Pool House is back again for summer 2025/26 . 8 year old home located in quiet tree lined court in sought after "Old Ocean Grove". Close to beach, river, lake, three shopping centres and a stones throw away from all the sporting facilities including cricket oval, tennis, indoor basketball court, gym, indoor pool, skate park.
All local attractions are a couple minutes drive, river, beaches, cafes, restaurants, golf clubs, bowls and adventure park for the water slides enthusiasts.
The home features a 11 metre by 5metre solar heated pool which is beautifully decked. Compromises a beautiful paved under cover barbecue area that you can waste the day away having a drink and enjoying the sun. Barbecue has capacity to roast with a rotisserie as well as barbecue.
For the kids or the kids at heart the home also has a full size basketball key and netball ring.
5 bedrooms in total, two living areas which both over look the pool. Open plan kitchen, dining and living with beautiful bamboo flooring, carpeted bedrooms and lounge with vast sliding doors that open to the pool area. Main bathroom with large shower and deep bath, separate toliet and ensuite.
The kitchen boasts a 900 mm stove and oven for the cooking enthusiasts with all Smeg appliances, fisher Paykel fridge, large walk in pantry, and a bi fold window opening to a Palm Springs inspired alfresco area for entertaining and serving.

You can spend entire days lazing in and around by the pool, kids are extra entertained playing basketball, backyard cricket or practicing netball. Conveniently located a short 15 to 20 min walk or 2 min drive to Marketplace or the new Kingston Village shopping centre and/or the main shopping area in the Terrace, where there is an abundance of cafes, bars, clothing and gift shops, approx 1.3 km to the beach.
This house is not a party house and would suit one to two families with children. It caters to adults needing some down time with plenty for the kids to do to entertain themselves.
Linen and towels are all provided at a fee of $120 per stay or you are able to bring your own. You will need to supply your own beach/pool towels. Tea towels, and bathmats all provided.
The property is non smoking inside and is not suitable for pets
Cleaning fee is $180 per stay any additional cleaning that is deemed excessive will be deducted from bond.
