Ocean Bay Retreat Tootgarook is a beautiful newly refurbished beach house property, located in Tootgarook. The 3 bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and all rooms are styled ina gorgeousmodern Australian beachy style. Ocean Bay Retreat is set in a quiet spot and central to all that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
The main hub of Ocean Bay Retreat is the kitchen/dining/lounge which is open plan, bright and light-filled just like a beach house should be. Sit back and relax in the lounge on one of the comfy couches, with a good book, or catch up with the latest on TV. WiFi is also available for guest use.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the features and equipment for easy meal preparation including gas cooktop and electric oven, fridge, microwave right down to a Nespresso? coffee machine. The kitchen and breakfast bar leads to the dining area with a dining table and seating for all guests.
Bedrooms are carpeted throughout and have plenty of wardrobe space to lock away your luggage. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, whilst the third bedroom has a set of double bunks (double on bottom and single on top). All beds come with pretty bedding detail including fitted and top sheets, doonas with covers, pillows and slips. For added safety, all mattresses have protectors on them as do pillows.
The bathroom, has a full sized bath which is great for families, plus shower, toilet and vanity. Bath towels are supplied for each guest.
The outdoor alfresco lounge and dining area, offers guests plenty of room to spread out for some serious chillaxing. This area is seriously beautiful, welcoming and spacious. The deck BBQ means meal times can comfortably move outdoors to the large outdoor table and bench seating.
Outside, the wrap round well-established garden is lush and peaceful. Enjoy the gas BBQ and eat outdoors under the cabana or enjoy a cup of coffee in the courtyard. The property is fully fenced.
Guest comfort is guaranteed all-year round with gas ducted heating throughout, a split system in the kitchen area which serves the whole house and ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms.
Ocean Bay Retreat Tootgarook has parking for up to 2 cars in the front carport.
Pets are allowed by arrangement and guests must disclose and seek advice on this before a booking can be confirmed. Note the property is fully fenced.
