Situated adjacent to the magnificent Bouddi National Park, this charmingly-styled property has beautiful views across Brisbane Water and is a two minute drive to the amazing Killcare Beach and a 30 minute walk to the glorious Lobster Beach.
Guests will arrive to complimentary wine, chocolates, Nespresso capsules and milk for a morning coffee after a relaxing first night in this comfortable getaway.
Number 96 features three separate internal living areas for those times spent relaxing inside or when the weather isn’t playing nice! There is high-speed NBN throughout the house to use with your devices or both of the Samsung Smart televisions, upstairs and down. A Bluetooth Bose speaker is also provided which easily pairs up to compatible devices.
The main living area is an open plan, air-conditioned space, encompassing the kitchen, lounge and dining rooms with a generous L-shaped sofa and the iconic Eames lounger in the perfect spot to kick back and take in the wonderful surroundings.
Bar stools at the kitchen bench are great for having an informal breakfast, a spot of afternoon tea or for the sous chef to help prepare dinner.
Also, upstairs is a fabulous sunroom with a long north-facing run of windows and sliding doors opening up to the front balcony. The room has been kitted out with an ultra-comfy double beanbag and a three-seater sofa for reading, playing board games or watching Foxtel or your preferred streaming service on the 55cm Samsung television. There are also twoarmchairs positioned to take in the beautiful view, perfect for morning coffee… or wine time!
All in all, the upstairs area is the perfect gathering place for houseguests and helps create that perfect holiday vibe with your friends and family.
The other breakout space inside Number 96 is the downstairs lounge room, next to the third bedroom.
In the downstairs lounge there is a 3-seater sofa, perfect for watching the library of DVDs or your preferred streaming service on the 55cm Samsung television with DVD player. All this with French doors opening out to the front of the house, overlooking beautiful Brisbane Water.
Our three bedrooms all have blockout curtains, Sheridan sheets, doonas, cotton blankets, bedding and bath towels, freshly laundered for your stay.
Each of the bedrooms will be made up ready for you to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep when you arrive at Number 96.
Ceiling fans have been installed in all of the bedrooms to keep you cool and comfortable. There are also heaters in each bedroom for the colder months.
