Summary: The staff at reception were very pleasant and good to talk to.The floor in the unit B3 was gritty and dirty which appeared as if it had not been mopped clean. We swept the floor and poured a small amount of water on the floor and wiped the water up with some paper which came up black so it appeared that it hadn't been mopped or cleaned thoroughly. Except for the small area that we wiped the rest of the floor was still gritty. Sorry to mention this but I thought if I didn't bring it to your attention it could remain that way.
