Central to the upstairs living zones is an impressive 3-way open fire place which you can use as a slow combustion or open fire. Enjoy the gorgeous fire place sipping on a glass of wine exhaling your busy week away.
Technology wise, this home is connected. 4 HD large TVs, movie and music collection, Sonos sound system throughout the home including upper deck. Central heating and cooling controlled via wall mounted ipad in kitchen and free unlimited Wifi.
For the gourmet chefs, the kitchen has a 900mm oven and cooktop, large stone bench tops and a butlers pantry with all the basic pantry items provided including salt & pepper, olive oil, herbs, tea, coffee and sugar. There's also a stainless-steel fridge with an ice maker/cold-water filter and an espresso coffee machine for your refreshment.
Two large decks provide space for outside entertaining, a family Webber BBQ is supplied, outdoor lounge suite and the views speak for themselves; simply breath taking.
