Positive: The location is superb with great views from inside and the wide balcony, and walking/bike track in both directions, easy walk into the hotel, cafes, forest and beach. House was very well appointed and comfortable - lots of extras eg a Nespresso coffee machine and pods supplied. Comfortable beds and dining/lounge furniture. Garage for storing our bikes out of the rain was great Large TV was great. Reliable wifi. Washing facilities, dryer and clothes line were very useful. The fridge plus separate freezer was very handy too. Good quality towels and bed linen. Clean and well maintained house with plenty of detergents, sprays and soaps etc.

Negative: No bath mat, but we easily made do! Some more outdoor furniture on the verandah would have been well used by us! The front lawn was well trimmed but the garden beds were a bit weedy - I only noticed because I'm a keen gardener! - not a problem at all really - I just did some weeding to tidy it up a bit, which I enjoy doing!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay - fabulous location and views surrounded by birdlife and walks.
