It is situated in an incredibly peaceful, private location. Imagine sitting out on the balcony at night listening to the soothing sound of the ocean interspersed with the songs of native birds while admiring the stunning night sky speckled with numerous stars. There is a little bush path next door which leads to the beach (2-3 minutes).
Time your trip well and you may be fortunate enough to see the whales frolicking from the comfort of the upstairs deck! Head south along the beaches and witness a dazzling display of a variety of distinctive rock formations and rocky outcrops opening up to some of the most beautiful untouched beaches of the South Coast! Meanwhile, by car you are less than 10 minutes away from Narooma (north) and Tilba Tilba (south) with Bermagui not much further on.

Comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV so you can watch your favourite movies on Netflix or other provider. We have a fast internet system so you can also work from home and hold Zoom meetings etc.
There is a six seater dining table with upholstered seating. Daikin reverse cycle air conditioning, combined with excellent house insulation, will help make your stay comfortable all year round.
Modern kitchen with Miele dishwasher, Smeg electric oven, microwave and quality coffee maker. There is plenty of crockery, utensils, glassware, stainless steel cutlery, mixing bowls, platters, baking dishes, saucepans, detergents, and some pantry items. Help yourself to oil, herbs & spices, flour, tea, coffee and any sauces or jams.

Please note, all sewage has to be pumped out and carted away. We greatly appreciate guests using minimal water due to reduce the amount of sewage to be carted away.

Dogs:
Backyard is fully fenced. There is also a gate at the top of the upstairs deck if you want to limit your dog (or toddlers) to being just on the upstairs deck. Dogs are welcome only if they are well behaved, and fully toilet-trained with no excessive barking to disturb the neighbourhood.
Mystery Bay beach now has "time share dog access" - between Nov 1 and 30 April dogs are allowed on or off leash before 9 am and after 5 pm, but are prohibited between 9 am and 5 pm. Between 1 May and 31 Oct dogs are allowed on or off leash at all times on the main part of Mystery Bay beach.
Please bear in mind the property is close to National Park, where there are many kangaroos, wallabies and other small native animals. Dogs must be kept on the property and properly restrained. Please remember to bring bags with you when going to the beach or for a walk elsewhere as all dog faeces must be collected. Likewise please ensure you clear all dog faeces from the yard prior to leaving. Dogs are welcome inside but should be kept off beds and furniture. Also Mystery Bay has a lots of ticks. It is essential your dog is protected against ticks prior to arriving at Mystery Bay.
