It provides a safe swimming spot for the kids and is protected from the Nor-east winds through summer. This home is a beach front rustic cottage. The home layout is in three levels. Based here you could walk along the beach into the town of Batemans Bay, almost a flat walk into the CBD. You will be able to select from many of the town's restaurants or cafes.You have access to the corner store in a short 2 minute stroll from your front door, here you will find a takeaway, a bottle shop and general store items.There is a great barbecue area outside on the bottom back deck where you can sit and enjoy the outdoor area while looking at the water. The home is a perfect family get away. Enter through the front door, and to the left downstairs you will have access to the bedroom/laundry and also a kitchenette. Upstairs you will have the master bedroom with ensuite and private deck with views out to the water. Straight ahead from entry door you have access to the main hub of the home, with a kitchen/dining and lounge area a reverse cycle air conditioner, also on this level straight out to the deck for the summer BBQ and the quiet afternoon of relaxing and to the right are 2 other bedrooms and the main bathroom. Outside: There is a bottom back deck with direct beach access. At times dolphins can be seen playing offshore. The front yard is a fully enclosed fenced yard for the children to play around. You can park your car in the driveway in the carport.
