The home backs directly onto a wide open reserve, with the Murray River just beyond. Step through the backyard gate for plenty of space to kick a football, play cricket, fly a kite or enjoy a picnic, then wander towards the river for swimming, fishing, kayaking and paddleboarding.
Inside, generous open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas create an easy, welcoming space for family stays. Large windows and doors fill the home with natural light and take advantage of the peaceful reserve outlook.

• The nearest bus stop, Murray River Drive before Tatham Road, is approximately a 5-minute walk from the property. It is served by regional bus routes 600, 604, and 605, providing connections to Mandurah and Pinjarra.
• Mandurah Station is around a 20-minute drive away and offers regular train services to Perth via the Mandurah Line.
• Perth Airport is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.
Ride-share services such as Uber may be available, although availability can be limited in South Yunderup, especially during late evenings. If you require transport at specific times, we recommend booking a taxi or transfer service in advance.
The property also provides easy access to:
• Mandurah Foreshore – approximately 15–20 minutes by car
• Pinjarra – approximately 10–15 minutes by car

Nature & riverside environment
The home sits beside a beautiful natural riverside environment. From time to time you may see local wildlife, including birds and insects, which are a normal part of staying close to the river and surrounding reserve.
Children must be appropriately supervised around the swimming pool, reserve and river at all times.
Peaceful residential area
The home is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, so parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.
For safety and property protection, exterior areas may be monitored by security cameras and/or a noise-monitoring device. There are no monitoring devices inside the home.
Pet-friendly stays
Pets may be accepted with prior written approval from the Manager.
Dogs are generally welcome subject to approval and the applicable pet fee per pet, per stay. Please include your pet details when making an enquiry or booking request.
Security hold
A damage security hold is required as part of our standard booking process.
This is a temporary pre-authorisation on your card rather than a payment being taken. Following checkout and our routine property inspection, we will release the hold within 7 days provided there is no damage or other charge associated with the stay.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a little additional time after release for the funds to show as fully available again.
