Sit out on the deck as the black cockatoos, fly home at night or, frolic and explore all the hidden gems on the property, met the friendly lamas, or walk through the 700 acre bush common land that neighbours the property and is home to many horses and the Williwa Creek. The house has no neighbouring houses within view. However the property is a 3 minute drive to the local town of Portland which has a cafe, pub, IGA and the Foundations art centre. The house has a big open plan living area with bifold doors that open onto the deck, with a BBQ out on the back deck. The house has 3 bedrooms - 3 double beds, two single beds and two single pull out mattresses. It can comfortably sleep 10 people. The house has two bathrooms.
