This spacious, coastal-styled beach retreat sits directly opposite Fishermans Beach and Linley Point Lookout, a beautiful base for families, groups of friends, or couples looking to enjoy Mornington’s best. With generous living spread over two levels, four comfortable and coastal-inspired bedrooms, and a rooftop terrace offering sweeping views across the bay to the Bellarine Peninsula and Melbourne’s city skyline, there’s plenty of room to unwind together or find your own quiet corner. Think easy beach days, long breakfasts on the upstairs terrace, sunset drinks on the rooftop, and a heated pool and spa waiting when you return from exploring Main Street or walking the coastal track. The pool is seasonally heated from November to March, and the spa is heated year-round.
The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a powder room. Upstairs, the king master features a walk-through robe and an ensuite with double vanity, rainfall shower, heated floor and towel rail, and a separate toilet. Downstairs, you’ll find three further bedrooms, two with split king single beds that can be made into king beds on request, and one with a king bed, all with wardrobes. The family bathroom on the ground floor includes a deep bathtub, a walk-in shower with rainfall head, and a toilet, perfect for guests travelling with children. The master bedroom also includes a smart TV, and all rooms have split system heating and cooling.
There are two relaxed living areas to enjoy. The downstairs living area offers a laid-back space to unwind, with an L-shaped lounge, Smart TV, and refined coastal touches that complement the home’s beachside location. There’s also a dedicated kids’ nook featuring a small table, chairs, and toys, ideal for little ones. From here, you’ll have direct access to the poolside sundeck, heated spa, and heated inground pool.
Upstairs, the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area is bright, comfortable, and well-equipped for entertaining. The fully fitted kitchen includes a Miele oven, gas cooktop, microwave, and built-in coffee machine, along with a Nespresso pod machine, sandwich press, toaster, and fridge/freezer with chilled water. A large island bench seats three, and there's a butler’s pantry and Bosch dishwasher. A dedicated wine fridge sits next to the dining table, which seats 12, perfect for shared meals. This zone also includes another L-shaped couch, Smart TV, and coffee table, all set against a backdrop of coastal-inspired furnishings that bring a relaxed, beachy feel to the space. Large bi-fold patio doors open out to the tiled upper terrace, where you’ll find a BBQ, outdoor dining setting, and retractable awning for shade.
From the dining area, a private stairwell takes you up to the rooftop terrace, where bar stools and a table invite you to relax and enjoy the bay views stretching out beyond the rooftops. It’s the perfect spot to watch the sun dip into the water with a glass of wine in hand.
You’ll find a laundry with washer and dryer, a courtyard clothesline, double garage plus an extra parking spot behind the building, and a highchair and portacot, everything’s been considered so you can settle in and relax. All linen and towels are provided.
It’s just a short stroll to Fishermans Beach, Linley Point Lookout, and the Esplanade coastal track. Within 1.5 km, you’ll reach Main Street Mornington, where you can explore boutique shops, cafés, and local favourites like The Winey Cow, perfect for a long brunch or relaxed afternoon glass of wine. Wineries, golf courses, Peninsula Hot Springs, and Mornington Peninsula coastal adventures are just a short drive away.
