The upper-level commands coastal and ocean views from Anglesea to Point Addis, from the master bedroom, open plan kitchen, dining and living room, and vast front deck. The rear deck, which steps down to a private garden, provides an option to follow the sun through the day.
The kitchen features a generous granite bench top with quality appliances, including double dishwasher drawers, and double cooking facilities with a cook top in the bench. The living room features an open fireplace, making this a great place to enjoy the Surf Coast in the cooler months.
The main bedroom has a WIR and modern ensuite bathroom, with sliding doors onto the deck allowing you to let the fresh ocean air stream in and drift off to sleep to the sound of the Anglesea surf.
Downstairs is host to 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two king single beds. There is a fantastic kids retreat with 2 sets of built-in bunk beds (4 beds) and a living room space, with a comfy couch, TV, DVD and table tennis table making this a fun independent living zone.
