This is a gorgeous townhouse directly across the road from Sunshine Cove. You can sit on the front deck and watch the pods of dolphins frolicking just off the beach. The views are magic and you will never want to leave the deck! Sunshine Cove is a lovely safe place away from the crowds. On the entry level you will find a large bedroom with 2 single beds, There is also a bathroom/laundry and separate toilet on this level.Up the stairs you come into the open plan living/kitchen/balcony on one side with the generous main bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with bathtub on the other side of the stairs. The living area has RC air conditioning/heating and also a ceiling fan. Our generous owners have provided Foxtel and wifi and the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped so you can cook up a storm.Pet friendly for small pets only, as the house and yard are definitely not suitable for large breeds.
