This house is a cosy hide away that is an eight minutes walk to the beach.
At ground level is the main entry with one bedroom (queen + 2 singles), a laundry with washing machine and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs is the lounge room with TV, DVD player and sonas speaker system which leads to the open plan kitchen and dining area.
There are another two bedrooms upstairs one with a queen bed and the second has two single beds. A second bathroom is on this level with another shower and toilet.

There are verandas located on both the front and the rear of the property.

The gas BBQ is located on the upper level veranda which in not covered.

Bendalong is a 30 minute drive to Ulladulla, 25 to Mollymook and 20 to Milton where you will find all the supplies for your holiday for shopping centres, cinemas, pubs and clubs.
At Manyana there are also tennis and basketball courts, skate park and soccer field but you need to bring your own equipment.
