The large, covered deck which opens out from the kitchen gives you expansive ocean and area views. A large master bedroom has a luxury bathroom that includes a free-standing bath you can relax in. Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a stunning combined bathroom/laundry. When you return from the beach you can chill out in the Games Room where you will find a ‘Pirates OF THE Carribean’ vintage pinball machine, a brand-new x-box, and another smart television for catching up with your latest streaming series. Games room is located downstairs, through the garage.

Bawley Point is situated 2.5 hours from Canberra and 3.5 hours from Sydney. The property provides plenty of off-street parking with room to for a boat should you wish to enjoy fishing in the crystal clear Bawley waters.
The house is located a reasonable 4 mins walk from the beautiful Gannet and Murramarang Beaches. These as well as another 8 local beaches are only a few minutes’ drive away.
Bawley Vale winery is worth a cellar door visit and the world class restaurants of Milton and Mollymook are only 25 mins drive away. Drive just 30 minutes west to enjoy the Clyde River Berry Farm, where in December and January you can pick your own berries and browse delicious jams and local bush honey.
