Summary: Positives: very well located for most sites. Good restaurants, pubs, supermarket, public transport nearby. There's a private kitchenette (if one just wants a snack or has children) and a shared laundry room. Helpful reception staff (especially Ling and Moni). Negative: Aircon is centrally controlled and can be uncomfortable. TV functionality is limited. Overall: 8.7/10
