The land is gently sloping with a 300m white gravel, tree-lined driveway, ideal for morning walks or even push bike riding.
When you enter the house, you will see that the exterior is very deceiving! The huge downstairs area includes a large lounge area featuring two 3 seater sofas plus 2 armchairs (total seating for 8), separate dining area for 10, wood-fired stove plus a separate study area with full desk, bookshelves plus Starlink internet (speeds around 100+Mbps download and 40Mbps uploads).
The downstairs living area is completed with a fully equipped chef's kitchen, including a 90cm Ilve induction cooktop & electric oven, built-in convection/microwave oven, espresso machine, Asko dishwasher, a multitude of small cooking appliances, large dinnerware & cutlery sets, wine/champagne glasses, a large centre island plus enough bench space to please the most demanding chef.
Beyond the living area is a guest powder room, plus bedroom #5 with a single bed and an electric blanket.
The Georgian-style windows and doors throughout the house allow wonderful light and views to the paddocks.
Upstairs, the main bedroom is huge and features a King bed, ceiling fan plus a large marble & oak ensuite with a twin vanity, aged brass fittings and underfloor heating. There is also a second, wall mounted flat screen TV & sound bar. Please note the walk-in robe is not accessible by guests but a full clothing rack and shelf unit is provided.
Bedroom #2 features a Queen bed, electric blanket, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and is adjacent to the main bathroom.
Bedroom #3 also features a Queen bed, electric blanket, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and is adjacent to the main bathroom.
Bedroom #4 features a single bed, electric blanket, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and is one room away from the main bathroom.
All beds include quality linens - cotton in Summer and flannelette in Winter.

Please note there are several inaccessible areas which are locked: the garage, the laundry and a storage space beneath the staircase.

Generous check in and check out times are standard. Check in is 2pm and check out is 12 noon, with occasional later check out available. Please ask at time of booking.
The host, Michelle, does live on the property in a completely separate cottage some 25m away from the house. Your privacy will be fully respected and you will be left alone unless you wish to know more about and see more of the farm. Guests are requested to not enter any horse paddocks without Michelle being present - both for their safety and that of the horses.
Please note smoking is not allowed in the house.
