This luxurious Golf Terrace has been furnished with beach style furnishings, brilliantly positioned four bedroom beach style home situated with expansive views encapsulating the 18th fairway together with a commanding view over the final green.
The ground floor features a combined open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area that leads onto a generous entertaining patio and yard that abuts the surrounds of the 18th green.
All four bedrooms are located on the top floor and are generous in size with the master bedroom offering stylish ensuite and its own verandah once again maximising the sunny north aspect looking down the 18th fairway.
There is a Nespresso machine available as part of your stay however please ensure you bring your own capsules if wanting to make use of this as they are not provided.
A Sonos speaker is also a recent addition made available for use within the property as well as wifi NBN high-speed broadband internet.

Magenta is positioned alongside pristine beach frontage with this property approximately 300m away from the sandy shores. A public bar and restaurant area is also located within Magenta and only a short stroll from the property.

Please note that this house and Magenta Shores has a very strict "NO PARTY" policy. You will be asked to vacate the premises immediately if you are in breach of this policy.

Please note that guests only have use of the outdoor resort pools. Use of the other resort facilities (indoor heated pool, steam room, gym & tennis courts) is not included as part of this stay.
Please be advised that the main resort Lagoon pool will be closed for maintenance and renovation works from the 18th of July. The works are expected to take 12 weeks, dependent on weather and or unexpected delays.
The Rocks pools will be open for your enjoyment.
Guests do not get use of the single garage.
